What Is Electromagnetic Radiation?
According to the National Cancer Institute, electromagnetic radiation, or EMR, is a type of radiation that travels in waves and includes both electric and magnetic fields. 
 
EMR can range from low energy to high energy and includes both natural and manmade sources, such as: 
  • Radio waves
  • Microwaves
  • Infrared light
  • Visible light
  • Ultraviolet light
  • X-rays
  • Gamma rays
 
EMR exposure is almost unavoidable in today’s world. From cell towers and Internet to mobile phones and 5G technology, EMRs are everywhere. 
How Does Electromagnetic Radiation Impact Our Health?
In recent years, scientists have discovered EMR from the devices we can’t seem to live without depletes the energy of our cells and compromises their functionality.
